Freight & Shipping:

Moore Racing Tech ships via UPS & FedEx for continental USA shipments, for small items sometimes we use Priority Mail.

Shipping is free on 95% of items on our site when the order total is $100 or more.

If additional freight charges are required, we will notify you of your options before we will you anymore. We are happy to provide shipping quotes for international orders or items that must ship by truck freight via email. We charge you what we are charged on freight. Our freight programs are very good and well below the retail pricing. We ship almost anywhere.

Delivery Address Error or Change: If an address change is required after a package has already shipped, a fee will apply.

Shipping time and turnaround: In stock items will ship in 48 hours of your order being placed during normal business hours. If out of stock, an ETA will be emailed to you.

We are not Amazon or Ebay, please do not contact us for tracking information until after 48 hours have passed. We try to process and update orders as fast as possible.

Payment Terms:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover Cards via Square Processing. We discourage the use of PayPal due to high fees but do offer this option for those who prefer it.

We can send you a PayPal invoice for payment of your order, or PayPal One Click Checkout option is available during checkout of your order cart.

We also accept payment via money order or bank wire transfer.

  • In most cases, we do not charge your credit card until we are actually shipping your order.
  • Certain special orders will require prepayment.

Return and Warranty Policy:

  • PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU WANT WHAT YOU ORDER - Returns cost us time and money which raises the prices for all.
  • We will accept returns within 10 days of purchase and provide a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE on new and uninstalled items ONLY.
  • All returns are subject to a restocking fee which is 10% of the total value + the outbound shipping amount.
  • The product must still be in the original clean packaging and uninstalled.
  • We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
  • There will be an additional rebox fee charged if the packaging needs to be replaced so please double box your returns.
  • There is no return of special order parts.
  • All returns must be prearranged and have an RMA Number or they will be returned to you at your expense
  • We can assist you with warranty issues, however all warranty issues are ultimately the responsibility of the manufacturer. Double check with manufacturers first.
  • We are not responsible for any damage, costs or injuries that arise from use of these products.
